Lumby swim meet
For Father's day we headed to Lumby for the first outdoor meet of the year. It was reasonably warm in the morning and got positively hot by the time Brad headed into the pool for the Dad's relay... Sam pulled in a bunch of 2nds, while Ian and Katy put in some top fives. Ian's swam his first Breaststroke without a DQ!

Kittens!
We finally found and managed to get kittens! The top one is Tigger, but started out as Stripes so we haven't quite settled on the name. The bottom one is Mittens. The kids are loving them, but hopefully our mice in the basement are already running out the doors!

Piano Rectial
Katy and Sam had a piano recital today. Sam is working towards his first piano exam this week, so it was a good change to practice in front of an audience. Grandpa Ian played with Katy, too.
