Lumby meet [Video]

It is that time of year again, our first swim meet of the season!  This weekend was in Lumby, complete with a Father's Day breakfast and Dad relay.  Sam had a soccer game in Salmon Arm, so only got two events in, but all 4 kids did the 50m backstroke and 50m butterfly.  Max and Katy also did the 100m freestyle, and then we all did relays.  Max pulled off 4 firsts, Ian a 2nd, Katy 5ths and Sam a 1st and 2nd.  Super swimming!

Homework Sunday

For some reason Max seems to be the one with all the homework this year.  Here he is working hard on his comic...

Soccer Saturday

My half brother Peter came through town with his cycling buddy Jacques and we had a nice dinner on Friday night at our place.  On Saturday we subjected them to the exciting quad-fecta of soccer games.  Unfortunately, I didn't get photos of them - but I did get some at Katy's game!

Finally!  The boys thought of rolling the ping pong table out and playing outside!!

I stopped by to pick up Katy after soccer and an afternoon of playing to find they had been playing around with makeup and dresses...apparently blue eye shadow is back!
