Summer Fun

How is this for some summer fun? The kids loved the ball that fires water around the room!

Sam turns four!

Sam had his fourth birthday today! It is shocking to have a four year old already - seems like yesterday we had Sam... We had a great time in Kelowna with the Ross's, the four grandparents and Lindsay (and her boat!).

Sam and the boys enjoyed the fishing rod from auntie Sherrie and uncle John:

Sam gave his grandparents the ride of their life on the Jetski today. Both Trevor and Ian were shocked how fast he would go!

Kelowna!

I finally made it down to Kelowna to join the rest of the family... Here is a cute shot of Max riding out to the big waves! The kids are having a blast, and it is nice to not be thinking about renos or working (most of the time!)...

Crazy storm

I was in the basement working on the house when I heard some crazy sounds outside. Darcy starting yelling something about our umbrella being down the street. Moments later the power went out. It was quite the crazy time on Healy Drive! Once we 'battened down the hatches' I took the photo below of the tree in front of our house flapping in the wind...
