Soccer is on!

Fields have been very wet this year, but we got a chance to have games this weekend...

Easter!

After breakfast we headed over to Claire and Eric's for an Easter Egg hunt, followed by a nice day of sunshine and play in the park across from their house.  Of course, it all ended with a nice Easter dinner and lemon meringue pie.  But the pie was not without its share of mishaps: we brought out pie shells from the Shuswap Pie Co., but one got broken in the freezer before we got to use it, and then while we were cooking them we forgot about them and burned them all.  Then we made more pie crusts and cooked them, and then broke one of those taking them over to Allison's!  In the end we still got our four pies made, but it wasn't easy!

Easter Morning

For Easter morning we had breakfast over at Matt and Ali's, with Bill and Shari plus all of the cousins.

Snow!!!

Despite the sunshine we had over the weekend, it sure got snowy in Calgary one night!  The kids work up to a white Easter!

Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park

For a not-so-lazy Saturday we rounded up the troops and drove out to the Glenbow Provincial Park near Cochrane for a nice walk.  It was a bit chilly, with some wind, but the kids had a lot of fun and we all got some exercise.
