Ski holiday video

Time for a sleigh ride

Martha's work had a bit of a party today and we tagged along to take part in the sleigh ride. In the end Sam and Max went on three rides around the farm, and all the kids enjoyed hot dogs and popcorn. Ian slept through his first ride, but then had another later that we wriggled around on...

Last day of skiing

Lynne and Ian came up to the hill yesterday morning, and we left the young'ns with them and Barbie for the day so we could ski with Sam and Max for the whole day.  Here we all are at the end of the day with the Rosses (and Duncan)...  It just dumped snow all day so it was pretty fun, and tiring for the little legs.

Snow day!

We had some great snow up at Big White today, and finished up the skiing with a trip to the hot tub.  Super fun in the snow!

The Cliff

Ryan and I took Daniel and Max up and over the Cliff chair, then skied down the back...  Lots of fun.  Max and Daniel were both up to skiing both this morning and this afternoon!

First day of skiing

It was fun seeing the older four boys pick skiing back up after the first day.  Katy and Henry did great too!  It is so much fun having the skiing right alongside the swimming pool at the hotel.  Max just dropped off at dinner and didn't wake up until morning - but he was the only kid to take in one last run at the end of the day :)

Driving out to Kelowna

It was a very nice drive out to Kelowna on Friday, with some nice views of the Rockies and little snow on the road.  The kids slept a little...

39 and still at it

Yes, more and more of us are hitting the ripe age of 39.  Having young kids keeps you young at heart, but so does riding the motorbikes at the movie theater arcade...  Happy Birthday Eric!
