Summer nights

A few shots of the kids eating Popsicles and raspberries tonight.  Nothing says childhood like having some Popsicle dripping off your chin, or eating fresh summer fruit!

Waterslides

Dawn and the kids came up from Kelowna for the weekend, and today we hit the waterslides in Salmon Arm.  The kids had a blast, and we really enjoyed the day.  We were surprised how well the waterslides suited our kids' ages...

WOW!

We drove downtown to the wharf area to the Wednesday on the Wharf (WOW) event to listen to the music and hang out with friends.  Seemed like half the town was there!  We took a short break to get some ice cream, and then headed back down.

Calla had a long line of kids wanting their faces painted.  Seems to happen whenever she comes to town!

Summer day in Kelowna

It was a fun day down on Okanagan Lake.  With Darcy and Sam up at the Golden swim meet, I took the other three kids down to Kelowna to spend the day visiting with Dawn, Ryan and the kids at Barbie & Kens' place.  They played on the water, watched the Osprey catching fish, hung out, Sea-dooed, and generally had a pleasant summer day.  Dawn brought out some pop for the kids, so they loved that - Katy and Henry kept doing 'cheers' with their five-alive's!
